FPGA MODULES



A wide range of FPGA modules, using SPARTAN and CYCLONE 3 devices are under development.

The first available module is a CYCLONE EP3C16-Module with 3V3 input-voltage, 4 Mbit RAM/FLASH and 1 USB-Device.

An improved, compatible version of MAX252BCHL / SEC252BCHL, with a transmission rate of 100Kbaud and a temperature range from -40°C to 85°C is available.
